Porsham Beef Boxes
Flavour from a bygone era – Beef, how you remember it used to be.
Our traditional Beef is from mature Dairy Cows, between 6-12 years of age, grass fed on our richly diverse, herb based pasture.
Each cow is hand selected in the field by our local Butcher before being hung from 14-28 days depending on its age and breed, and then traditionally hand cut to our exacting standards.
Porsham is a small Dairy farm on the edge of Dartmoor, set in the beautiful rolling hills of South Devon, overlooking the river Tamar.
Due to our unique climate our cattle graze all year round.
We strongly believe in not just in the sustainability of our farm but also of the planet.
Everything we do at Porsham is with a holistic and biodynamic mindset to leave our soils and children healthier and happier.
We have already seen fantastic changes to the wildlife and ecology on our farm as we have moved away from chemical farming and continue to build on these successes to provide a resilient countryside for the future generations to enjoy.

Beef boxes are on offer on an irregular basis, depending on stock availability. Each box is presented as a bagged mix of cuts to include Steaks, Roasting joints, Slow cooking diced beef and mince. Boxes are priced on an individual basis to reflect the breed and maturity of the cow. The last boxes were priced at £9/kg prices and may fluctuate up or down.
